The NV Extra Brut Rosé Rosémotion Grand Cru is another gorgeous wine in this range. The addition of 10% Pinot brings an added dimension of weight and resonance that is hugely appealing. Cranberry, white flowers, crushed rocks and herbs are all finely sketched in this crystalline, nuanced Rosé from Vergnon. Dosage is 3 grams per liter. Disgorged: June 13, 2019.
