The NV (2021) Brut Nature Les Murgiers is a gorgeous Meunier-driven Champagne from Boulard. Aromatic and brilliant, the 2021 offers up an enticing mélange of dried pear, spice, crushed flowers and slate. This vibrant, deceptively mid-weight Champagne is all charm. Brisk acids and mineral accents punctuate the finish. Impressive. Bottled with no dosage. Disgorged: December 2023.
