Gamet’s NV (2021) Extra Brut Blanc des Noirs Rive Droite is a blend of 85% Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir. Dried pear, cinnamon, dried flowers, and cardamom all grace this understated, airy Blanc de Noirs. The 2021-base edition is classy and polished, with fine balance and plenty of charm. Dosage is 4 grams per liter. Disgorged: November 2023.
