The NV (2021) Extra Brut Rosé is a blend of 85% Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir, with 8% still Pinot Noir added to the blend. Cranberry, rose petal, spice and orange peel build nicely in the glass, filling out the layers nicely. All the elements are very well balanced. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: January 2024.
