This variation in terroir results in a fantastic range of grape varietals being grown, and a wide range of wine styles are produced within Catalunya.

The clean, pale, young varietal 2024 Garnatxa Blanca has notes of waxy apples and pollen. It's a village wine from Batea with contained ripeness, 13% alcohol and a fresh palate, medium-bodied and with a chalky texture. It's serious and balanced beyond the price point. 90,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2025.

Made from a mix of old and young vines grown on sandy and chalky soils around Batea and Gandesa, the Garnatxa Blanca from Herència Altés is harvested by hand early to retain the grape’s natural acidity then fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness. 50,000 bottles are produced in an average vintage.
