This is dangerously drinkable but also complex.

The I Custodi 2024 Etna Rosso Pistus is a blend of 80% Nerello Mascalese and 20% Nerello Cappuccio. Lean and clean, the wine follows classic lines that offer a transparent view onto its Etna varieties. Compact red berry and redcurrant are joined by cassis, kirsch and candied cherry. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in bottle, it has a medium-lean mouthfeel and a direct, accessible personality. Production is 25,000 bottles.
