The 2021 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Frionnes is lovely, unwinding in the glass with aromas of crisp green apple, white flowers, toasted nuts and youthful reduction, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and racy palate that’s lively and penetrating. Purists will adore its old-school balance.
