• 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. • Sourced from the Cottage Lane Vineyard, a vineyard situated on the crest of a ridge on Helderberg side of the farm, 320 MASL. • Clay soils. • Hand harvested in small batches. • Each parcel is fermented separately with indigenous yeast in open top fermenters. • Aged 21 months in seasoned French oak barriques. • Bottling is carried out by hand with no filtration. • Aged for 16 months in bottle prior to release.
