The wine has an inviting light yellow color and a nice fruity scent. The taste offers notes of citrus and Green apples, mixed with mineral notes and a refreshing acidity. It is a balanced wine, you can enjoy. Castelbeaux Grande Réserve Chardonnay is perfect as an aperitif, but it is also very well suited to servers to grilled fish, salads, cold chicken and pasta dishes.
