Based on the 2018 vintage, complemented by reserve wines dating back to 2010, and disgorged in August 2023 with a dosage of four grams per liter, Doquet’s NV Rosé Premier Cru Anthocyanes is an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that previously underwent 1.5 days of maceration, imparting its distinctive color. The wine reveals aromas evocative of red berries, plums, spices and licorice, followed by a medium- to full-bodied, rich and vinous palate framed by an enlivening, pillowy mousse.
