Disgorged in July 2024 with a dosage of three grams per liter, Doquet’s NV Blanc de Blancs Champs Libres is produced from purchased fruit alongside the final pressings of estate-grown grapes and vinified in enameled steel. It reveals an aromatic bouquet of white flowers, orange peel and nougat, mingled with delicate pastry notes. Medium-bodied, fleshy and textural, the wine is underpinned by a sweet core of fruit and succulent acidity, culminating in a moderately persistent finish.
