A pure beam of crème de cassis rides the creamy mousse of this expressive Champagne, which is rich and toasty but well-defined and balanced by vibrant, lemony acidity. Flavors of poached apricot, spun honey, anise and ginger join the cassis note and linger through the lasting finish. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now through 2035.
