The 2024 Pinot Noir Occidental Ridge Vineyard is a deeper, more uniform red color and is layered and perfumed with cologne and woven spice, carrying luxurious depth and a polished feel. Black cherries, black raspberry liqueur, pressed flowers, sage, tea leaf, and hints of dashi and porcini all emerge. Medium to full-bodied, it has very even tannins and resonating saltiness, with savory accents and depth, lingering long on the palate. Drink 2026-2050.

The 2024 Pinot Noir Occidental Ridge Vineyard is a gorgeous, sensual wine. Soft contours and silky tannins immediately convey finesse. Crushed red berry fruit, blood orange, pomegranate, mint, cinnamon and kirsch caress the palate. The 10% stems are not at all evident. All the elements are impeccably balanced. In this range, the Occidental Ridge is a total showstopper.
