Technically closer to a traditional clarete, the 2025 Rosado combines Viura (60%), Garnacha (35%) and Tempranillo (5%), in which the red grapes ferment as blanc de noirs alongside the whites. Its nose leans toward fruit, with lime and cherry alongside a faint floral nuance. A subtle tannic edge shapes the palate, which finishes with a delicate cherry tone. Attractive and flavorful in a refined style.

The very pale 2025 Rosado, which I think is paler than ever, looks almost like a white, and rightly so, because it was produced with a majority of white grapes: 60% Viura, along with 35% Garnacha and 5% Tempranillo; hence, it's a clarete. Still very young and a little reductive, it has a subtle floral nose and a textured palate from the maceration with the white skins. It's tasty and finishes with an almost salty sensation. It has good freshness and balance and is very apt for the table. 80,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2025.
