Coffee, roasted wood spices and some rich dark plums and blackberries. A touch of hazelnut chocolate too. Medium- to full-bodied, with tight, fine-grained tannins and a light, peppery edge to the long, concentrated finish. A blend of 90% merlot, 5% cabernet franc and 5% cabernet sauvignon.
