Appearance: Ripe wheat Tequila, clean and transparent with great brilliance and golden sparkles as well as greenish hue, slow cup runoff, medium high body. Aroma: An intense citrate aroma of lemon leaf, pear-type green fruit and pineapple and vanilla; deep notes of dry leaves like Laurel and snuff, aroma of bread crust and honey, the retro nose ir discovered pink pepper; orange peel and sweet cinnamon. Taste: Sweet taste, slightly sapid with great minerality, moderate acidity and no bitterness. Food-pairing: Excellent flavor to be paired with chocolate and vanilla dessert.

A favorite in the old school variety. Agave forward with barrel influence of oak, caramel, and vanilla. A hint of citrus and maybe a tropical note, like banana. Buttery mouthfeel, and a touch of pepper. Some slight bitterness at the end, maybe from oak or a unsweetened chocolate. This is one to sip and savor.
