Fresh and open-knit, this minerally white layers flavors of ripe pear, star fruit, fresh herbs and salted Marcona almond with a base of stone and smoke. Crisp finish. Drink now. 5,000 cases made, 200 cases imported.

Refreshing, yet relatively rich & bold, bit exotic & spicy. Moderate pale yellow color. It displayed aroma of citrus, peach, apricot, honey, green apple, heazel nuts. Dry, medium body, with medium acidity. Ending lingering nuts.

The Fiano grapes which are native to Campania have been grown and cultivated for white wine production for a remarkable length of time. Indeed, Fiano grapes are one of the true classical grapes of Italy, being a favorite of both the Romans and the ancient Greeks, who both prized the varietal for its strong and spicy flavors, resplendent with notes of dark honey and nuts.
