Another unexpected combo here - direct-pressed Petit Manseng providing energy, drive, and plenty of guava and key lime and focus; and skin-fermented Grenache Blanc showing richness, hints of pears and backup texture. Together they create a wine unlike either grape on its own. A real synthesis of grape, vineyard, vintage and decision making. Wonderfully gulpable, and she pairs with a wide variety of foods.
