This is so lovely with the strawberry and cream character but also so much minerality in the form of slate and chalk. Medium-bodied, this glides rather effortlessly on the palate but still shows flavorful notes of peaches and spices. Drink now. - 2018 WINE CHALLENGE RESULTS ... More details

Has always delivered a fresh and sculpted rosé, on the mineral side of fruity, with a kick of mouthwatering salinity on the finish. Feels a little more grown-up than most other rosés in this price bracket. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, Syrah and Tibouren that’s supremely drinkable. Drinking Window 2018 - 2020.

With an enticing lustrous pale rose gold color, the vibrant nose of this rose has aromas of grapefruit pith, watermelon, and fresh lemon. The palate reveals an infinitely refreshing wine with hints of white cherry, white peach, and subtle savory herbs. Uniquely stimulating.
Winery
Whispering Angel is a blend of Grenache, Rolle, Cinsault, Syrah, and Mourvedre grapes. Strikingly pale pink in color, the aromas are fresh and fruity. On the palate, it is bone dry through the finish. The name really suits the delicate nature of this wine.

Country: France

French winemakers are subjected to several laws and regulations regarding the wines they produce, and how they can be labeled and sold. Such procedures are designed to increase the overall quality of the country's produce, and also to ensure that wines made in each particular region or appellation are of a character and type which is representative of the area. Thankfully for consumers of wine world-wide, the French have a particularly high reputation to uphold, and seem to do so flawlessly. Every year, wineries from all over France produce millions upon millions of bottles of fine wine, making the most of their native grape varieties and the excellent terrain which covers most of the country. From the expensive and exquisite red wines of Bordeaux and Burgundy, to the white wines and cremants of central France, the French are dedicated to providing the world with wines of the highest quality and most distinctive character.
