Even better, the NV Brut Rose Cuvee Paradis is big, rich and powerful. The intensity, breadth and volume of the 2006 vintage comes through eloquently. At the same time the Paradis remains incredibly light on its feet and totally gracious. Sweet floral notes add lift to this bright, perfumed, totally beautiful Rose Champagne. The balance of power and finesse is striking. The 2006 is 58% Chardonnay and 42% Pinot Noir. Going forward the Paradis Rose will be vintage-labeled for greater clarity. Disgorgement date: September 26, 2012. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2018.
