An energetic wine with complex aromas of ripe black fruit, dried herbs, pine, thyme, grilled citrus and minerals. Tense and tannic, showing a structure with very good freshness and energy. Long and effortless. Like all the wines from Chandon de Briailles, it’s 100% whole clusters. Delicious now, but decant for an hour before drinking. Can hold, too.
