A fresh and peppery mix presents notes from both side of the fruit spectrum along with plenty of earth influence. The delicious, vibrant and solidly constructed medium weight flavors conclude in a youthfully austere finish that also comes up a bit short. Again, I suspect that the recent bottling explains the length because the supporting tannins do seem ripe.
