This requires 4-6 business days but usually occurs sooner. From grand and premier cru vineyards, this Champagne comes from a good but not great vintage. That explains its precocious maturity, its fine toastiness and its great balance between a steely texture and nutty flavors. It is a delicious wine now, very much ready to drink.
