The 2020 Irripetibile has a fresh and vibrant bouquet of rose petals, wild strawberries and cedary spice. It’s juicy in feel with a pretty inner sweetness and mineral-infected red berry fruits. Gently tannic and perfumed, the 2020 finishes with admirable length and a slight candied note.

Winery Notes

Dark impenetrable ruby. Great intensity with olfactory traits of almost material thickness with berry jelly, blackberry, blueberry and myrtle. The spectrum is complex thanks to wafts of licorice, garrigue, black pepper, cardamom, mace and balsamic touches of laurel, cinchona and juniper. It enters the mouth decisive, but elegant with a precise and smooth tannin that amplifies the volume of the sip and declines its juicy softness. Overall it is balanced where the gustatory synthesis becomes an oxymoron, that is, an agreement of power and refinement. The finish opens an aromatic persistence with clear concordance with the perfume: licorice, blackberry juice, myrtle and balsamic.
