A wonderfully spicy nose exhibits a lovely range of red berry fruit aromas along with moderate wood and just a hint of newly turned earth. The succulent and more voluminous flavors possess slightly better mid-palate density if not quite the same finesse on the solidly powerful firm and stony finale. Worth considering.
