The NV Brut Rosé Premier Cru is a serious wine. Beautifully focused and taut, the Rosé offers up hints of cranberry, dried rose petal, slate, chalk and cinnamon. Medium in body and persistent, with terrific balance, the Rosé is charming enough to drink well as an aperitif, but its minerality and energy suggest a wine that will be at its finest with a meal.
